If you are ordering a sign made with vinyl, you must send vectorized artwork. File formats should be saved as either .eps, .ai or .pdf
If you are ordering a sign that is digitally printed, the artwork does not need to be vectorized but it certainly helps. Just remember that higher resolution files will print with higher quality. We recommend at least 300 dpi. All common file type are accepted.
The easiest way to tell is by zooming in on you artwork. If when you zoom in and you see that your artwork for your signs is pixelated, then you don't have vectorized art and printing wont come out well. If the artwork is clean when you zoom in, then you do have vectorized artwork.
